Our religious education program assists families in the faith formation/education for kindergarten through 11th grade students. Catholic School students must attend Religious Education during their year of preparation for a sacrament.

 

RCIC/RCIA is the initiation of un-baptized adults or children into the richness of the Catholic faith. The RCIC/RCIA is the process through which the Catholic Church welcomes new members.

African American Catholic Youth

Congress Facilitators

 

AACYC Facilitators training will start with an Orientation Session on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Immaculata Center, 1408 Carmel Dr. Lafayette, LA.

High School students who are interested in being a facilitator this year please complete a registration form and return to the parish office by September 1st. Registration forms are available at the parish office or click here for registration form. Registration fee is $50.00.

 

 

 

Religious Education Registration will begin July 3-August 30, 2023.

 

· Registration fee is $20.00 for the first child and $10.00 per child for any additional children.

 

· First time student and First Communion students must submit a copy of  their Baptism certificate.

 

· Confirmation students must submit a copy of their Baptism & First Communion certificates.

 

.  Parent Orientation- Thursday, August 30th @ 6:00 p.m.

 

· Religious Ed classes begin Sunday, September 10th.
